It is right on a river but I've never known the camp to flood. Great electric solid 50/30 and 110. Great city water and pressure is awesome.
600 a month and they offer cable for a extra charge, I think it was 120 channels for $58.00.

Never had a problem with them returning your unused Lot rent and deposit. Always paid in full the moment you leave.
This is a great place! Very close to Coshockton. The park has a lot of grass for picnics with the kids and room to play. Pets are allowed on leash and owners are super friendly as long as you follow the rules. No restrooms or showers.
Nice park, river fishing also welcomes campers! Don't speed owner chase you down!
